Invest with Pharaoh
Independent Thinking.
Collaborative Investing.
On larger transactions, Pharaoh Capital can act as lead investor or work with other syndicates. We frequently partner with like-minded investors and invest on equal terms.
Our Approach
Pharaoh identifies investment opportunities that are not accessible to private investors.
We look for transformative opportunities, with a low entry price that can be exploited through a full buy-out process. We do not look to take passive or minority positions in investment targets.
The objective is to build value and return capital to investors with a minimum 5x, tax-efficient net return within 4 -5 years. All investment objectives are agreed in advance to ensure goal congruency.
Our equity investments qualify for a number of tax reliefs depending on the age and size of the business. Our partner investors also have individual circumstances and tax considerations, all of which are factored into our investment structure discussions.

Transaction Process
At Pharaoh Capital, we typically carry out diligence and bring the investment proposition to potential partners, detailing deal size, timing and transaction structure.
We have built a reputation for integrity and reliability by consistently doing what we say we’ll do.
Our experienced team conducts comprehensive Due Diligence procedures that minimizes the chances for surprises late in the transaction process, or post-completion.
After the deal is done, we’re true to the roles, working practices and objectives we outlined at the beginning.
Subject to our collective investment objectives, we will pursue a clear exit strategy identifying the route to a trade.
Our Approach
Pharaoh Capital investments are made in companies from early-stage to expanding businesses seeking to develop products and/or markets.
Our Investments
Transformational capital should unleash a business’ potential. Our investment portfolio shares operating characteristics and competitive dynamics that drive long term value.
