As President of BT Global Services — a PLC board position — he controlled operations across 147 countries, gaining exceptional international leadership experience with £4bn of direct financial experience.

A board director of both Inicio and the Pharaoh Capital Group, Andy has directly overseen the EPC operations of Solar4Business and the wider group, delivering over 30MW of solar and BESS installations annually. His combination of engineering and construction expertise, M&A experience, and a career spanning CEO, Chairman and President roles across PLC and privately owned businesses makes him uniquely positioned to drive operational scale within Inicio.
